I have a big bum and thick thighs so good shorts that are comfy are hard to find, especially in white. The white pair are clean and crisp, stretchy and are opaque enough that you cannot see the pockets through them, or nude panties (I don't dare try bright or dark with white bottoms ?). They do ride up a little while walking, but that's inevitable with thick thighs. They're a good length that even after riding up a little, I don't immediately have to fix them.I got these in denim blue (the darker of the two) and red. I loved the blue pair but returned the red ones. For whatever reason, the front pockets on the red ones are too long and show through the bottom of the shorts. I wore mine around the house for 10 minutes, waiting for my boyfriend to get off a call for a second opinion. When the shorts inevitably rolled up from my thick thighs, the white fabric of the red shorts was visible at the bottom. I do wonder of another red pair would be different so I may try again if they go on sale again. We'll see.
