Uncomfortable new but once you break them in they are super. These are not Assos but they are certainly very good. Better on shorter rides.Totally satisfied with my 2XU bib. Compression in just the right places ie., thighs, abdomen and obliques with perfectly constructed should support. They run cool. Can't go wrong with these.These are probably the best bibs I have ever had. I thought the 2014 Giordana Laser bibs were the best but I these work better for me. The compression is excellent, much better than an older pair of 2XU compression bibs I have. The straps may seem tight but are extremely comfortable. The grippers could be tighter perhaps. I find the pad comfortable. Even for a sale price, they are pricey. They are worth it in my mind though. I am 5'11" 150 lbs and Medium fits well.Update: I have three of those. In one the X on the right has pilled off (it’s basically some plastic material glued unto the fabric). This does not bother me, but it's something to take into account if you are bothered by such things.
