This skirt does not include shorts, and runs a bit small.I bought this because the skirt was described in the item listing as being "with shorts." There are no sewn in shorts, but hooray for cargo pockets. I'm a little bummed, but it's long enough that I can add my own shorts under if I want them.Regarding size, I typically wear a 12, or medium scrub pants. According to the measurements I should have bought a size L but I got XL because A: these kinds of things often run small and B: I wanted a looser fit. I'm super glad I went up a size, I probably would have returned it otherwise.It's a cute skirt, I do like it. The cargo pockets are my favorite charm point. It's a little longer on me than pictured, but that's likely because I sized up. The fabric quality seems good and the stitching is straight and looks secure.I'm still bummed about the lack of shorts.
